Response expectations
FrenXa support is handled by email. We work through requests as capacity allows and prioritise safety and account-access issues. Verification steps may be required before we can act on account or deletion requests.
Deletion requests submitted by email are verified before processing — we aim to confirm ownership and process within 7 business days.
