Child Safety Standards

1. Scope

These standards apply to all use of FrenXa — including profiles, direct messages, group chats, voice and video calls, posts, reels, stories, comments, business listings and any other feature on FrenXa (https://frenxa.com, https://app.frenxa.com, and our mobile apps). They supplement our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Age requirements

• FrenXa is not directed to children under 13 years of age
• Users must meet the minimum digital consent age required in their country or region
• Accounts believed to belong to under-age users may be removed
• Parents and guardians may contact us if they believe a minor has created an account

3. Prohibited conduct (zero tolerance)

The following are strictly prohibited on FrenXa:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, enticement or sexual exploitation of anyone under 18
• Sexualised depictions of minors, including AI-generated or illustrated content
• Using FrenXa to arrange offline sexual contact with minors
• Trafficking, blackmail or coercion involving minors
• Accounts that misrepresent age to contact minors
• Links, codes or instructions intended to facilitate CSAE elsewhere
• Any other conduct that violates applicable child-protection law

4. Prevention measures

• Age collection and account restrictions designed to keep the service off-limits to under-age users
• In-app block and report tools on profiles, messages and content
• Automated and human-assisted review of user reports and high-risk signals where enabled
• Text and media moderation tooling on supported surfaces
• Rate limits, App Check and abuse-prevention controls on backend services
• Account suspension and permanent bans for severe or repeated violations

5. Detection and enforcement

When we become aware of potential CSAE — through user reports, automated signals, trusted partners or legal process — we act promptly. Depending on severity, actions may include content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or permanent termination. Where required by law, we preserve relevant records and report to appropriate authorities, including recognised child-safety organisations and law enforcement.

6. How to report CSAE concerns

If you see content or behaviour that may involve CSAE on FrenXa:

• Use the in-app Report option on the profile, message or content where available
• Choose the child safety or sexual exploitation category when offered
• Block the account to limit further contact
• Email our child-safety contact with usernames, links and a short description
• Do not share or forward suspected CSAM — preserve evidence only as screenshots or links inside a report

8. Cooperation with authorities

FrenXa complies with applicable laws regarding child safety. We may report confirmed or suspected CSAM to national or regional hotlines and law-enforcement agencies as required, and we respond to valid legal requests consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulation.

9. Updates

We may update these standards as our product, legal requirements or industry best practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
