Text messages in one-to-one chats are encrypted on this device. Photos, videos, voice notes, files, and group chats are not. Traffic to FrenXa services uses HTTPS/TLS.

What is FrenXa?
FrenXa is a location-aware social platform for finding people and businesses nearby, real-time chat and voice/video calls, reels, posts, status updates, map-based meetings and local business profiles — on Android, iOS and the web at app.frenxa.com.
How is FrenXa different from other social apps?
FrenXa combines an interactive map for nearby discovery with full messaging, calling, short video, posts and business profiles in one product. Map and calls are ad-free. You control location sharing with granular visibility settings rather than broadcasting by default.
How do I find nearby friends on FrenXa?
Opt in to nearby discovery in Settings, grant location permission when prompted, and open the Map or Nearby Friends sheet. You will see friends who also choose to share their location, with distance context and quick actions to message or call.
Can I find people nearby who are not already my friends?
Yes. Circle → Discover lets you browse people with filters and distance. Nearby Discovery on the map surfaces people and businesses around you when sharing is enabled. Friend requests require mutual acceptance.
How do I find nearby businesses and places?
Open the map to see business pins nearby, browse the Business Directory by category, or use Places search and autocomplete to explore an area. Each business profile includes hours, photos, reviews and a message button.
