Core expectations

• Respect — treat people with dignity
• Safety — do not threaten, exploit or endanger others
• Authenticity — do not impersonate people or run deceptive accounts
• Legality — do not use FrenXa for illegal activity

Do not post or engage in

• Harassment, bullying, hate or targeted abuse
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content sexualising minors
• Scams, phishing, malware or financial fraud
• Spam, engagement manipulation or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• Credible threats of violence or glorification of violent crime
• Promotion of illegal goods or services
• Doxxing or sharing someone’s private information without permission
• Attempts to compromise accounts or infrastructure

Be careful with

• Nearby meetups — use real-world safety judgement
• Business claims — keep listings accurate and lawful
• Sensitive content — label carefully and follow local law; when unsure, do not post
• Other people’s location — do not share someone else’s whereabouts without consent

Business listings

• Represent a real business you are authorised to manage
• Keep hours, location and contact details current
• Do not post fake reviews or incentivise dishonest ones
• Follow the rules that apply to your industry and region

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block tools. We review reports as capacity allows and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines or the Terms of Service. Repeated or severe violations lead to stronger enforcement.
