How to submit a notice

Email a copyright complaint to support@frenxa.com with the subject “Copyright Notice”. Include enough detail for us to locate the material and respond.

• Your name, mailing address, phone number and email
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The exact URL(s), username, or in-app location of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details. Repeat infringers may lose access to FrenXa.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may be able to submit a counter-notification where the law provides for one. A counter-notification should identify the removed material, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and include your contact information and signature. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the period the law allows.

Do not misuse this process

Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing — for example if it may be fair use — seek legal advice before filing.
