Safety tools in FrenXa

• Block users to limit unwanted contact and visibility
• Report content or accounts that violate our guidelines
• Adjust profile and content visibility settings where available
• Turn off location sharing when you do not want to appear nearby
• Manage who can interact with you through friendship and privacy controls
• Delete your account if you want to leave the platform

Meeting people nearby

Nearby discovery can introduce you to people you do not know yet. Use ordinary real-world caution:

• Meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell a trusted person where you are going
• Do not share financial information or one-time codes
• Trust your instincts and leave situations that feel wrong
• Turn location sharing off when you no longer want to be visible

Protecting your account

• Never share one-time sign-in codes — nobody from FrenXa will ask for one
• Keep control of the phone number tied to your account
• Enable device biometrics or a passcode so a lost phone does not mean a lost account
• Turn on multi-factor options where available
• Review which devices are signed in and sign out of ones you do not recognise

Harassment, hate, scams, illegal content and exploitation are not allowed. Read the full Community Guidelines for expectations and enforcement.

How moderation works

FrenXa combines user reports, product controls and automated signals (including text moderation tooling where enabled) with human follow-up as capacity allows. Outcomes may include content removal, feature limits, suspension or account termination.

Advice for parents and guardians

FrenXa is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum digital consent age where you live. If you are helping a teenager use FrenXa:

• Keep location sharing off unless there is a clear reason to enable it
• Talk through who should be accepted as a friend
• Show them how to block and report
• Contact us if you believe an under-age account exists

Use in-app reporting when available, or email support@frenxa.com with the username, links or screenshots if safe to share, and a short description of what happened.
