FrenXa does not sell your personal information. Location sharing and many other sensitive features are optional and controlled by you.
At a glance
- Account creation uses phone OTP authentication
- Location is collected only when you enable nearby or map features and grant permission
- Messages, posts, reels and media you create are stored to deliver the product
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored with Google Firebase and Cloud encryption at rest
- You can delete content, disable location sharing, block users and request account deletion

- Google-managed encryption at rest for Firebase Firestore and Storage
- Authenticated access plus Firestore and Storage security rules
- Cloud Functions for privileged operations
- Firebase App Check to help reduce unauthorised client abuse
- End-to-end encryption on one-to-one chats
- Optional on-device biometrics where you enable them
Sharing — what ordinary users should know
- Other users can see profile fields and content according to your settings
- Location presence is shared only while you enable nearby or map sharing
- Business profiles you publish are intended to be discoverable
- Infrastructure partners process data to run the product: Firebase and Google Cloud, Agora (calls), Google Maps, AdMob (ads), and automated moderation tooling where enabled
- We do not sell personal data to data brokers
