Copyright & intellectual property
Who owns what on FrenXa: your content stays yours, FrenXa’s brand and software stay ours, and here is how to raise an infringement concern.
Your content stays yours
You retain ownership of the posts, reels, stories, comments, messages and media you create on FrenXa. Nothing here transfers ownership of your work to us.
The licence you grant us
To operate the service we need permission to host and display what you upload. By sharing content you grant FrenXa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and display that content as needed to run and improve the service and to show it to other users according to your settings.
- The licence exists so we can store, transcode and deliver your media
- It follows your visibility settings — it is not permission to publish private content
- It ends for new distribution when you delete the content or your account, subject to backup rotation and legal retention
Only upload what you have the right to share
- You must hold the rights to any content you upload, including music, video clips, images and text
- Commercially released music may be restricted — using it in a reel can lead to removal
- Do not upload other people’s photos or videos without their permission
- Do not repost content from other platforms as if it were your own
FrenXa brand and software
The FrenXa name, logo, product design, software and documentation are owned by FrenXa or its licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you. Do not copy, modify or redistribute our software, or use our name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, without written permission.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on FrenXa infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice. The DMCA page lists exactly what to include and what happens after we receive it.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property may lose access to FrenXa. Enforcement follows the same escalation path as other Terms violations: removal, feature limits, suspension, then termination.
