Quick answers
The questions we get most often. The FAQ page has the full list.
What is FrenXa?
FrenXa is a social platform for nearby discovery, real-time chat and calls, reels, posts, stories and local business profiles — available on Android, iOS and the web.
How do I create an account?
Download the app or open app.frenxa.com, then sign in with phone OTP verification and complete your profile.
Does FrenXa require my location?
No. Location is optional and used for Live Map and Nearby Friends when you enable sharing and grant OS permission. You can turn it off at any time.
Can I use FrenXa on the web and mobile together?
Yes. The same FrenXa account works across web and mobile clients.
How do voice and video calls work?
Calls use real-time communication infrastructure (Agora). FrenXa keeps call metadata such as participants and duration; the product does not offer call recording storage as a feature.
Does FrenXa sell my data?
No. FrenXa does not sell personal information. Limited sharing with infrastructure providers is described on the Privacy Policy and Data Safety pages.
Still need a human?
Email is the fastest route. Include your username, the device or browser you use, and a short description of what happened.
